In autumn 2005, Japan Shareholder Services Ltd. (JSS) was established as a joint venture between Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, the largest transfer agent in Japan, and Computershare Limited (Australia), the world’s largest transfer agent with operations expanding around the globe.
